Pedro da Linha, an artist known for blending urban and electronic rhythms, is back with a new original EP titled “DICAS,” set to be released next month on November 8, under the Enchufada label.
“DICAS” includes four collaborative tracks that merge influences and continents to create a shared sonic space. The EP features contributions from Spanish artists La Pili and Dianka, Brazilian artist MU540, and longtime collaborator Branko.
This new EP caps off a year filled with original releases from Pedro da Linha, including songs where he had the opportunity to collaborate with artists such as The Legendary Tigerman, Wost, Lucy Val, and Dino D’Santiago, in tracks like “Oji é Oji,” “Aqui Se Faz, Aqui Se Paga,” among others.
Earlier in 2024, Pedro da Linha, who also has an extensive career as a DJ, presented us with a remix EP of previously released songs by artists such as Arca, Ana Lua Caiano, and Judeline.
“DICAS” represents both the future of Pedro da Linha and a return to his roots, as the artist returns to Enchufada, a major home for national dance music, which will release this EP. It will be available on all digital platforms on November 8.
The first live performances of “DICAS” will be announced soon.
