“… traditional folk music, group harmonies and the underground sensibilities of 1970s Portugal with found sounds and unpredictable electronica – and just a pleasing hint of chaos. Despite the beats and stylistic jumps, however, some of it sounds almost medieval. The title translates as “I’ll Stay In This Square”, but square it ain’t.” – MOJO Magazine

Highlights in Portugal:

In Portugal, Ana Lua Caiano was part of the lineup of several prominent festivals, including:

• Festival Tremor (São Miguel, Açores)
