Luta Livre

Luís Varatojo, a musician and producer known for bands like Peste & Sida, Despe e Siga, A Naifa, and Fandango, created his first solo project in 2021, named Luta Livre. With two albums released, “Técnicas de Combate” (Combat Techniques, 2021) and “Defesa Pessoal” (Self-Defense, 2023), Luta Livre is a call to citizenship in the form of music, because these times call for no half measures or half words.

In the year we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Carnation Revolution, Luís Varatojo presents Luta Livre in an Acoustic format, in a show designed for auditoriums and events with a seated audience.
