Carlos Moura was born in the year of the revolution and has lived on three continents, starting his career in journalism at just 16 years old.

Since then, he has been a radio host, journalist, reporter, photographer, graphic designer, guitarist in a garage band that never took off, advertiser, actor, screenwriter, TV presenter, and content coordinator for programs such as “5 para a Meia-Noite,” “A Tarde É Sua,” and “Big Brother,” among others.

In addition to being a “variety artist” and a man of (more than) seven trades, he has also been a comedian since 2003. He has performed on shows like “Levanta-te e Ri” and “Sempre Em Pé,” as well as in bars, auditoriums, and theaters across the country. His stand-up comedy style merges with parallel experiences, ranging from theater to improv comedy.

In his first stand-up solo show, O Sentido do Moura, he explores the depths of humor and life, promising an evening full of surprises (and, of course, laughter!). Carlos Moura challenges us to reflect on the directions and paths we’ve taken or wished we had taken, whether in unique senses or otherwise.
