Afonso Rodrigues

 Known for his work with Sean Riley & The Slowriders and Keep Razors Sharp, Afonso Rodrigues released his first solo album, Areia Branca, in March. Choosing to create and compose in Portuguese emerged as a natural step in his evolution, but it was also a way of asserting a consolidated personal identity. This project traces a path of questioning, self-discovery, and nostalgia, with singles such as Já Nem Sei and Onde Foi stirring emotions and reflections.

Following the release of the acclaimed single Um Amor Qualquer, featuring Catarina Salinas (Best Youth), Afonso Rodrigues is preparing for a tour of theaters and auditoriums across the country this fall.
